Crowdfunding

Equity crowdfunding allows large groups of people to place investments, usually of small amounts, in a private company. Offerings are conducted via online platforms. Not all crowdfunding issues are offered by broker dealers who must ahead to stringent rules and regulations. Crowdfunding platforms are not permitted to offer any advice and are not required to perform extensive due diligence on an offering, that is usually only provided by a fully registered Broker Dealer. Bonus Tip : Propel(x)’s subsidiary Hubble Investments is a member FINRA/SIPC and a fully registered Broker Dealer.
